The sealant acts as a barrier between harmful decay causing bacteria and the enamel. This protection is applied to the areas of the teeth that have deep grooves and that normal brushing may miss.

Having your child where some form of mouth protection is vital for active children in sports. Our office can customize the mouth piece to assure optimal protection and comfort is achieved.

Occasionally children have a trauma or injury to their mouth. When this event occurs it is vital that your child visit the dentist. Not treating your child may result in permanent tooth damage to their tooth alignment, tooth loss or future bite problems.

A problem bite is a problem that can be corrected relatively easily if it is caught early in their development. During the exam phase of your visit Dr. Marc will notify you if he believes that your child may have bite problems.
