There are several key distinctions between a Pediatric Dentist and a general dentist. Chief among them is the additional training required to become a pediatric dentist. Pediatric Dentists complete two to three years of additional specialized training (after the required four years of dental school), which includes study in child psychology, growth, and development.

Also a key factor is direct experience working with children. Dr. Grossman has had over 25 years treating children's dental needs.

The philosophy of a Pediatric Dentist is to care for the well being of the child patient. They are specialists dedicated to the oral health of children, infants and teens as well as patients with special health care needs.

Building trust with his patients is a trademark of Dr. Marc. He values every child's health and works hard to make his office a place that children want to go.

The Pediatric Dentist's specialization allows them to provide the most up-to-date thorough treatment for a wide variety of children's dental problems. They are also trained and qualified to care for patients with medical, physical, or mental disabilities. This is particularly helpful for children who are experiencing anxiety about visiting the dentist.

Dr. Grossman is a board certified Pediatric Dentist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
