TITLE:
Pediatric Dentist

JOB DUTIES:
Provide dental care for infants, children and adolescents. Specific job duties will include the following; fabricate space maintainers designed for patients; treat primary and permanent dentitions and construct and place fillings, crowns, and obturating appliances suitable for growing arches; manage patients with behavioral problems or handicapping conditions; counsel and advise patients and family on growth and developmental dental problems of patient; provide preventive services through use of fluorides and sealants and instruct patient and family members on dental care.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
D.D.S. degree or foreign academic equivalent with a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry required. Dental License to practice dentistry in the State of California required.
